HISTORY

Phantasm was a member of the Evil Eight, a team of super-villains who were pawns of the evil Master (in fact a transformed Robby Reed) to oppose the H-dialing heroes of the town of Fairfax. He and the rest of the Evil Eight were defeated by Vicki Grant and Chris King.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Phantasm could turn himself immaterial and was capable of summoning demonic entities to attack his foes.
