Synopsis: - D.I. Flint learns that the end to the peace between London's gangs is largely due to the influence of international crime cartel Scorpio, while Peter Cannon learns more about the British way of life, and particularly journalism. He then learns that Evila has resurfaced in a London museum, and sets out to defeat her for a second time. When he does encounter her, she claims to have encountered him many times previously.
