HISTORY

Percy Clearweather’s parents were world travelers often spending only days in one location before moving. On one such trip to Argentina, he met up with his heroes, the Boy Commandos as they were closing in on a international terrorist known only as Case 13. Wanting to use his photographic skills and detective abilities to aid them, he collected clues and helped the Commandos find the criminal. Gaining their admiration, Percy found new friends.

Two years later, as Andre had been sent back to France, the Commandos met Percy on the dock as the young detective was on his way to a boarding school since his parents were still in Rhodesia. Rip suggested that he join the group and made the necessary arraignments. Settling in, Percy used his natural intelligence and engineering skills to design a mode of transport for the team, the Atomobile. Constructing it of parts around the warehouse area, it was large enough for the whole crew and capable of taking them where they needed to go faster than contemporary transportation.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Percy was a young bookish boy, with only minimal fighting skills, but made up for his lack of muscle by using his brains. He was well versed in the technology of the day, as well as photography and detective skills.
