HISTORY

Paul Devlin was the leader of the Sons of Liberty, a deranged team of American governmental agents turned terrorists. Devlin had been a partner of Agent Liberty during the latter's days as a CIA agent in Iran, but later got into mascopy with Iranian terrorists whose interests he shared. Devlin had one last encounter with Agent Liberty, during which Devlin's bullets ricocheted on Agent Liberty's force field, and accidentally killed him.
