HISTORY

Millenia ago, the most powerful god in Sector 3600, T:D:H:D achieved absolute control over 3600. One with the universe, the god became fundamentally unstable, instantly killing all sentients and gods within the sector, including the sector's Green Lantern, Rasa Nekroy.

One of the greatest Green Lanterns of his/her/its time, Palaqua was sent with Cimfet Tau and ten other Green Lanterns to contain the MadGod Sector 3600. Green Lantern Corps Annual #2

Palaqua would later be seen with the majority of the Green Lantern Corps under the thrall of Krona. -Green Lantern: Emerald Warriors #8

More recently he was seen on Oa and Mogo during the attack of the First Lantern.
