HISTORY

Led by rogue General Haile Selaisse Frelimo, Ogaden is an African nation situated between Ethiopia, Somalia, and Kenya, that has been torn by civil war for years. The country has been visited by, among others, Firestorm, Captain Atom, and the Suicide Squad (II). Manhunter V (Kirk DePaul) once sold a load of plutonium to Frelimo, but then stole it back together with Nightwing.
