HISTORY

An 'octopus woman' in a freakshow in Turk County, near Opal City, who befriended Mikaal Tomas. She and the other artists were abused by the demon Bliss who owned the freakshow before they were rescued by Starman (Jack Knight), with whom Octavia had a brief love affair.
