HISTORY

In the late 30th Century, in the universe of Earth-247, Tomar-Ro, a Xudarian criminal with expertise in advanced technology and ancient history constructed a siphon to tap the ambient energy left in the area of space once occupied by the planet Oa. The siphon was housed in a cloaked space station dubbed Oa-Two.
