HISTORY

Professor Nicodemus Hazzard is an expert of psychology, parapsychology, and the meta-human society who is frequently called in by the U.S. Government to solve their problems. Hazzard possesses a huge knowledge and a deductive mind, and via his dreams also has access to Lucien's Library of unwritten books in the Dreaming. When last seen, Hazzard assisted the U.S. President and Superman in locating the Spear of Destiny as a way to defeat the Spectre (I).
