Comment(s):

This story occurs three months after Superboy went public.
According to Martha Kent, Clark has been raised by her and Jonathan for over six years at the time of this story.
After the story of his Kryptonian origins had gone public, Congress voted to grant special citizenship.
Superboy makes mention of previously confiding with President Eisenhower about his Kryptonian origins, placing this story between 1952-1960, though allowing for the sliding timeline needed to put Superboy's history in perspective, the actual Administration can vary.
