HISTORY
Created in 1948 by the villain called the Hand, the Nebula Man was a sentient weapon of cosmic energy whose touch had the power of 20 atomic bombs. The Seven Soldiers of Victory opposed the menace with a "Nebula Rod" supplied to them by their teammate, Spider (I). However, the "unofficial Eighth Soldier" Wing found out that the Spider actually worked for the Hand and that the Rod missed a vital piece. Wing defeated the Spider, then joined the rest of the Soldiers in Tibet and sacrificed himself by giving Nebula-Man the final blow. The explosion killed Wing and blew the rest of the Soldiers through the timestream and into the past, from which they were rescued in recent years.
However, energy cannot be destroyed, only converted. The Nebula Man's radiation recollected itself, possessing the corpse of Wing, and grew like a cancer through the decades. Recently, the Nebula Man rose again and remembered its mission to destroy the world. This time he was drawn to the Cosmic Converter Belt of Star-Spangled Kid whose power he needed to return to his full glory. An army of heroes assembled to fight the threat, but in the end, the Kid defeated the Nebula Man single-handedly by short-circuiting the Cosmic Belt inside him.
The Nebula Man eventually recovered from this and become more powerful, renaming himself Neh-Buh-Loh. In this guise, he recently visited the present and clashed with the JLA and the Ultra-Marine Corps. The JLA discovered that Neh-Buh-Loh was the adult version of the infant universe Qwewq.
Further down the line, it was revealed that Neh-Buh-Loh was allied with the Sheeda and was destroyed by Frankenstein.
