HISTORY

The cosmic weapon that was used by the Seven Soldiers of Victory (I) to defeat the Nebula Man in 1948. In modern times, a new Nebula Rod was created by the JLA, the JSA, and the Seven Soldiers to end the threat of the Iron Hand. This Rod is currently in the care of Pat Dugan a.k.a. S.T.R.I.P.E.
