HISTORY

Mr. Wrinkles was an elderly man who either created or found technology which would, for a time, instantly age anyone he came in touch with. The technology also allowed Mr. Wrinkles to transform himself into a harmless looking young boy. Using these abilities, Mr. Wrinkles sought to take over the criminal organization of Atlas Adonis until he ran afoul of the Creeper.

His touch changed the Creeper, aging him, making the crime-fighter an easy mark for Wrinkles' new gang. The Creeper transformed to his Jack Ryder identity to elude the criminals. He realized the aging affect as only temporary. When the Creeper showed once more, he was still apparently aged and Wrinkles suspected a trap. Now in close proximity, the Creeper was able to break the device which kept Mr. Wrinkles young and the gang was quickly put out of commission.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Mister Wrinkles used an unexplained device to temporarily age anyone he touched. This device also kept Mister Wrinkles at a young age which did not appear to have a time limit as the aging did.
