HISTORY

A biochemist who turned to crime after gaining the power to transform into any element, Mister 103 (as he was then known) fought the Doom Patrol. After changing his name to Mister 104, he was apparently killed on a mission with the Suicide Squad, but reassembled his molecules years later and returned to crime.
