Looker first appeared in Batman Incorporated Vol. 2 #1 (July 2012). First historical appearance was in (as Emily Briggs) Batman and the Outsiders Vol. 1 #25 (September 1985); (as Looker) Batman and the Outsiders Vol. 1 #31 (March 1986).
