HISTORY
Originally founded to educate and train new O.S.S. agents, l'Université Notre Dame des Ombres (Our Lady of the Shadows University) is today a NATO-powers spy training school situated on the French Riviera (and with an office in Washington D.C.). Its headmistress is Sandra Knight, who in the 1940s was known as the Phantom Lady, one of America's first super-heroines. One of Sandra's students, Dee Tyler, has recently graduated and debuted as the new Phantom Lady.
