HISTORY

Charles Brown, Kite-Man, was a two-bit crook who committed crimes and used a hang-glider to get away. He was stopped by Hawkman once, Batman twice and Superman on two separate occasions. Kite-Man was one of the villains that worked with Lady Zand. He lost his arm in a battle with Young Justice, but it was later replaced. Kite-Man would hang around with other third-rate villains at the Darkside bar or Roulette's Casino, claiming that he defeated Superman, until he died. When he refused to join the Society, Deathstroke dropped him off of Wayne Tower without his hang-glider.
