HISTORY

Japanese housewife Tatsu Yamashiro trained herself in the martial arts and swordsmanship when her family were killed by the Yakuza. Initially fighting back against Japan's organised crime, she later joined the Outsiders, where she became Halo's legal guardian and big sister figure. Despite the break-up of the Outsiders, Katana continues to operate worldwide.
