Synopsis:
- Kvetch (first appearance; in flashback)
- Cosmic designer Mister Nebula comes to Earth intent on giving it a massive makeover. He makes a start by coating a Manhattan bridge with a gaudy flowered trellis, and the future of Earth looks disgustingly garish until Nebula is shown Las Vegas. Convinced that the inhabitants of Earth have already heard his message of beautiful, tasteful redesign, he leaves us to it, though the League still have to clear up the spot where the giant Mister Nebula threw up. Not pleasant.
