HISTORY

Jordan Wylie was the head of the Washington, D.C.-based Merrevale Oil and a secret mastermind of the Ocean Going Resource Exchange (the modern version of O.G.R.E.). He attempted to discredit the environmental activism of the Sea Devils, but was opposed by Aquaman. Aquaman's public accusations towards Wylie and his company's environmental destruction resulted in his ouster as Merrevale president. O.G.R.E. opted to move Wylie to a "less visible" position but he still carries considerable influence.

Wylie was last seen when the evil entity Nyi'tarla tried to take control over America by absorbing several companies into the InterSect corporation.
