Synopsis: - Having discovered that Joey Abernathy has super-powers, the Justice League visit his family, and discover that they all have powers of one kind or another. Batman also deduces that Mrs. Abernathy plans to kill the man whose dodgy business practices led to her husband's death. However, the League ensure that her children are present and she stops. The League assures her that they know what it is like to lose a loved one, and she is able to start dealing with her grief constructively. However, Joey still blames Superman for his father's death, and this hurts the hero deeply. But the Justice League is there for him - it is not just their different skills which make them such a good team.
