HISTORY
In the 31st Century, High-Brow led three other criminals, Klamorr, Slopp and Violence Queen, in an attempt to abduct the twin presidents of Winath. His personal force-field kept the federal guards away while a larger force-field kept a supply of lesser hostages on hand. The criminals were foiled by the lightning-wielding Ayla Ranzz and taken into custody. They later escaped, but unwittingly ran across a ship piloted by Star Boy. He increased their ship's mass, allowing the authorities to catch the criminals once more.
