Synopsis: - Green Arrow and Black Lightning battle Killer Frost and Mirror Master on the streets of Chicago, leading them away from the bedside of Kimiyo Hoshi. The battle is evenly matched, but in time, Green Arrow gains an advantage over Killer Frost and she reveals that they are purely a distraction. The villainous Doctor Light is in Star City, with the aim of killing Green Arrow's family.
