HISTORY
Known as an "Chi-Com official government super-human asset" the criminal known as the Great Wall was at some point apprehended by OMAC forces and placed in captivity under Blüdhaven. Great Wall escaped with scores of other super-humans before they were slain by the OMACs, but was nonetheless killed by the twelve man Jury.
