Synopsis: - The city is in the midst of a gang war, and Detectives Allen and Montoya stumble upon a group of gangsters from the Burnley Town Massive, as well as Johnny LaMonica, a.k.a. the Black Spider. In the ensuing fire-fight, Montoya is injured and Allen shoots and kills Black Spider. Naturally, the Internal Affairs Division have to investigate, but there is a problem in that crime scene officer Jim Corrigan takes a key bullet from the scene and auctions it on the internet, meaning that Internal Affairs cannot get the full facts.
