Synopsis: - Marcus Driver and Josie Mac continue their investigations into the ten-year-old bombing case and soon discover that they're getting nowhere. The 'geeks' who the Mad Hatter implicated only knew him before he was the Mad Hatter, and when they interview the owner of a boarding house he used to stay at, the owner throws them out. Meanwhile, Montoya and Bullock have a heated encounter, Romy Chandler confronts Angie Molina, who has written a book about her experience as the Joker's hostage at Christmas, and the Mad Hatter makes an escape attempt, aided by someone on the outside, someone with a replica of his mind-control technology.
