Synopsis: - The Joker has released eight live video feeds with a countdown to a gunshot, and the major crimes unit must track them down while the city panics. As they find each of the locations, they discover a camera and a taunting message from the Joker, directed (of course) at Batman. The acting mayor, David Hull, wants to give the media something concrete, a decent show, so sends the police department after the Killer Clowns, a group of ex-Joker henchmen. By the time the countdown ends, the police have found seven of the cameras, but they are faced with a new challenge: the Joker has captured news broadcaster Angie Molina and tied her up, ready to die in three hours. As the detectives break into action, Probson encounters the Joker, unarmed outside police headquarters.
