HISTORY

On his homeworld of Earth 36, Hank Hallmark answered an alien call to duty, joining a Corps protecting his sector of the galaxy. As Flashight, he is also a member of Justice 9 and was rattled by the death of Optiman at the hands of Superdoom. Some time later, Flashlight and Red Racer were brought to the House of Heroes to aid in the battle against the Gentry.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Flashlight wields an object known as a power torch which resembles the capabilities of a Green Lantern power ring.
