Synopsis:
As Wally continues to have visions of terrible futures for his son and daughter, he finds that the Summoner is missing from the Flash Museum. He calls Nightwing for help, and he reveals that it has not been stolen, but almost was. Cyborg is testing it at S.T.A.R. Labs in order to determine what it does, and hence why anyone might want to steal it. Despite not knowing what the device is, Wally takes the Summoner back to the church and hands it over to the young people so that Fantasia's ill sister can be saved. However, all is revealed as a ruse, and Wally soon finds the Summoner in the hands of Vandal Savage, who plans to bring about the end of the current world order. To prove that he is quite serious, he reveals that he already has Kid Flash and the original Flash at his mercy.
