Synopsis: - Wally West reads the letter from Barry Allen, his predecessor as the Flash, and learns that some time after the incident with Doctor Light, the Top began running wild, unhinged, and threatening a great many innocent lives. Barry wanted to help the Top, and asked Zatanna to help him make the former criminal good. Zatanna agreed to this, and for a time, the Top became Barry's ally, before his mind became unhinged once more and he went to his seeming death. After reading this, Wally joins many other heroes in searching for information about Sue Dibny's death and a threat on Lois Lane's life. Then, with the help of Nightwing, he continues the search for Linda, but to no avail. After learning the probable whereabouts of the Top from Ashley Zolomon, he heads to San Francisco to find Zatanna and tells her that they have a mind to fix.
