OVERVIEW

Doctor Cylvia Cyber (also called 'Anita') led a global network of female criminals for years before an unchronicled battle with Wonder Woman led to her facial disfigurement and a ruptured spinal cord. After that, Cyber constantly hid behind a metal mask and lived up to her name by linking her neural system to her advanced computer technology. Active in San Francisco, Cyber used agents such as the Strike Force and Javelin for her criminal activities, but was repeatedly opposed by the Power Company, and in particular their member Skyrocket. When the evil entity Nyi’tarla tried to take control over Earth, it chose Cyber as one of its lackeys and mind-controlled her into doing its bidding.

More recently, Cyber made amends for her criminal life by volunteering to be one of six minds to merge into the collective being called Enginehead. Doctor Cyber and the other participators no longer exist as separate beings, but Enginehead continues to do its part trying to create a better world.
