Synopsis: - The Penguin is dead, and none of those at his funeral truly mourn him. That night, his men exhume his body and bust Kadaver out of Blackgate - Kadaver then awakens the Penguin from a death-like trance. Meanwhile, crime boss Rafael Santini sets up a deal with Scarface.
