Synopsis: - Sentinel wakes up in a field of corn along with a number of other magically powered heroes and the Spear of Destiny. There are major differences between them, and 'Zatanna' turns out to be The Wizard in disguise (later claimed by Ragman's rags), but they eventually decide to dispose of the spear by infusing it with the magic of each of them, so that no-one except their combined group can use it for any purpose, good or ill.
- Looking on, we discover that it was the Spectre who brought them there, and the Phantom Stranger is impressed that he has put the means of his own destruction into the hands of others.
