HISTORY

Following in a long line of previous villains named Cobalt Blue, the 28th Century version also fought the Flash of her era, Blaine Allen. In 2754, she had thought she had ended the Allen bloodline by striking at his son, Jace Allen but instead, Blaine's sacrifice imbued Jace with the powers of the Flash.

In 2764, they met again, this time their battle was joined by Jesse Quick who had homed in on the Cobalt Blue's energies to help protect the Flashes from the 20th to the 30th centuries.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Coblat Blue of the 28th Century has among other abilities, the power to dematerialize at will and flight.
