HISTORY
The Ceberons are a highly advanced alien race claiming to ave watched mankind's development into the Atomic Age. They first made their presence known at the end of Earth's World War II when their massive starship hovered over New York City and abducted Col. Steve Trevor. The Cereberons themselves remained unseen while Trevor acted as their agent on Earth. He had been evolved into what Cereberons believed was humanity's ultimate destiny, a unified species devoid of individuality and working as a mass mind. This version of Trevor went forth and transformed others before the intervention of Wonder Woman.
Temporarily halting Trevor's acquisition of more transformed humans, Wounder Woman spoke to the unseen Ceberons, explaining that the forced evolution of humanity was unnatural and therefore not the choice of mankind which should be allowed to reach whatever destiny awaited without outside influence. . The Cerebons relented, restoring Trevor and the other affected humans. They left Earth and have not been heard of since.
POWERS
As the Cerebons have not been seen, there is no way to determine any of their powers or abilities, short of their advance technology in the form of their starship. The ability to force evolution is likely a technological innovation.
