Synopsis: - The violence that is erupting between gangs has made it to the East End, much to Catwoman's annoyance. She clears out some members of the Burnley Town Massive that are encroaching on her territory and then deals with Mister Freeze, who has killed a number of kids from Alleytown. She is able to take him down, then encounters Spoiler, who confesses that she is responsible for the gang war. She took a theoretical plan from the computers in the Batcave which was supposed to bring all the criminal gangs under Batman's control. But when she sent out word regarding a meeting, a key figure failed to show up, Matches Malone. Catwoman is horrified that Batman never told Spoiler (while she was Robin) that Matches was one of his aliases. And because of this omission, things are seriously out of control across the city.
