OVERVIEW

Card Queen was a heroine and member of the Hero Hotline crew (possibly the night shift), of whom virtually nothing is known. She wore a costume themed on the "Heart" suit of playing cards. She seemingly has no relation to the first Card Queen, Duela Dent.
