HISTORY

A member of the mighty Assemblers on the planet Angor, Captain Speed (also known as Johnny Quick and Jack B. Quick) visited Earth along with three of his heroic colleagues, apparently to ask for help in defeating the evil Extremists. After an encounter with the Justice League, he returned to Angor, only to find it devastated by a nuclear attack at the hands of the Extremists, with few survivors. In trying to save the few who lived through the blasts, Captain Speed perished due to radiation exposure.
