HISTORY

A self-styled pirate, Captain Lash was hired by Gerrold Sinclair, husband of Cynthia Horton to capture the Lady A, a yacht owned by the late Abigail Horton of Horton Chemicals, and Cynthia's mother. On board the yacht was a formula for the world's first oil substitute developed by the late Theodore Horton, Sr. Though Lash and his crew were able to take the yacht, during a fight with Green Arrow, Captain Lash accidentally dropped the vial of formula into the sea. Captain Lash was arrested by the CIA and has not been seen since. -Green Arrow #4

POWERS AND WEAPONS

As his name implies, Captain Lash could snap a whip with expert precision, enough to knock Green Arrow's trick arrows out of the air. He likely possessed above average fighting abilities as well.
