Synopsis:

After a devastating earthquake hits Gotham City, with worse to come, Batman learns an alien named Tri Vul had taken a meteorite from beneath the city which caused the instability. Pursuing Tri Vul, Batman crosses paths with Green Lantern who is also after the fugitive.

A fight over jurisdiction erupts as Batman is trying to take Tri Vul to Earth while Green Lantern want Tri Vul to face the Guardians of the Universe. While hunting down Tri Vul, Batman learns the alien scientist has been the victim of a Jekyll/Hyde-like transformation, becoming evil under the light of his world's moon.

After discovering where the missing meteorite had been hidden, the heroes are able to return the space rock below to its resting place below Gotham City and thereby prevent more devastating earthquakes.
