OVERVIEW

Bloody Mary is a vampire who serves Darkseid as a trainee for the Female Furies.

HISTORY

Bloody Mary is a vampire who serves as a trainee in Darkseid's elite battalion the Female Furies. It is not known whether she truly needs to drink human blood in order to sustain herself, but she has been known to kill humans for blood on occasion.

Bloody Mary and her fellow trainees Gilotina, Malice Vundabar and Speed Queen made their public debut when they arrived in Washington D.C. in order to hunt mortals as a part of a childish game where the highest point was awarded to the first team to kill a superhero. The Female Furies' killing spree soon attracted the attention of Hawk (I) and Dove (II), who stopped their plans, but not before Malice Vundabar had killed Hawk's friend Rodger, who at the time was wearing a superhero costume at a charity event.

Bloody Mary returned to Apokolips and has not been seen since.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Bloody Mary is a vampire able to emit powerful eyebeams. If she is indeed a true vampire, she presumably possesses other vampire abilities.

Like all Female Furies, Bloody Mary has undergone basic military training at the hand of Granny Goodness.
