HISTORY

The Bloodlines aliens were parasites who had escaped Pax's universe to come to this dimension. Encountered by Lobo and the forces of L.E.G.I.O.N., they suffered the loss of one of their number (which limited their shape-changing abilities to their alien form and one humanoid form), and then crash-landed their ship in a swamp outside of Metropolis. They created the New Blood heroes and did not survive the birthing of the Taker.
