HISTORY
For the New Gods of Apokolips and New Genesis, the Black Racer is the personification of death. He comes for you on his airborn skis (?!) and is inescapable - if your time has come then you cannot escape him. For all the fear and menace attached to him, he is actually an Earth man, Willie Walker, who when not called upon to operate as the Racer is paralyzed from the neck down.
