Synopsis:
"Batman of Moscow" is chased and captured by the villain known as NoBody. The villain is invisible for most of the fight against the Russian Batman. In Gotham City, Batman pays a final visit to Crime Alley to honor the place of death of his parents, on the anniversary of their death. The visit is made at 10:48, the exact time of the murder. Robin accompanies him, finally understanding the significance of the number 1048, used for multiple passwords at Wayne Manor. Damian is unimpressed, thinking that to dwell on the past is weakness. Bruce explains that this will be the last visit, it is time to put the past behind him, and he will celebrate their anniversary, not their death, in the future.
The duo then responds to a crime at Gotham University Research Reactor. Three criminal brothers are on an assignment to empty and collect rods full of irradiated fuel. When confronted by Batman and Robin, they blast a hole in the wall, and escape down a tunnel, where they discover the Bat-Gyro. Robin follows them against Batman's orders. The hole in the wall causes the containment water level in the reactor to drop, and Batman responds by blasting a hole in the ceiling, which happens to be underneath a swimming pool. The water drains from the pool into the reactor, and a Batman utilizes a net to save the swimmers inside the pool. The water restores the containment water level. Meanwhile, Robin disables the Gyro's stabilizers, and as one of the brothers fires a gun - the vehicle spins out of control and explodes.
Back in Moscow, NoBody murders the Russian Batman by placing him in acid. He comments that he is "erasing" the Russian, and vows to do the same to all of Batman Incorporated - starting with Bruce Wayne.
