Synopsis: - The Scarecrow escapes from new Arkham, but Batman cannot pursue immediately as, in his Bruce Wayne persona, he is holding a dinner to which all three mayoral candidates are invited, which leads to much lively debate, particularly on the law and order issue. The escaped madman strikes more quickly than anyone imagined, killing one man who bullied him at school and pursuing one other, though Batman intervenes.
