Synopsis: - The Technician supplies elaborate technology to the Network and also to the criminals native to Gotham City, a place which he is coming to love. One of his creations, a gigantic robotic monkey, puts the police onto the Network's trail and also allows Batman to trace him. Before long, he has been captured by Batman. Athena, who believes him to be loyal but weak, send Mister Fun out to deal with the situation.
