HISTORY
The second Axis America was founded by a power broker named Manson and his organization called the Clockwatchers. When Manson wanted to bring back one of his former operatives, Faith (then a member of the JLA), he used Axis Amerika as a diversion, making the JLA believe that they had destroyed the community known as Safe Haven.
Members of the new Axis Amerika included: Übermensch II (Shepherd, a strongman), Hel (Vela, a Valkyrie-like warrior), Great White (uses an energy whip), Zaladin (a mystic who serves ancient Mesopotamian gods), and Fleshburn (a fire-wielder). The team seemingly had no connections to the original Axis Amerika, but believed in ideals similar to Nazis. Axis Amerika was defeated by the JLA, but escaped and the team is currently at large.
