HISTORY

An organisation bent on reshaping the world in their own image by supernatural means, the August kidnapped the members of the Leymen (a.k.a. Primal Force) and sacrificed their lives in a magic rite to reshape the universe. The August tried out worlds built on gluttony, on lust, and on hate, until Leyman Will Power realized that they didn't have to play according to the August's rules. With that insight, the powers of the Leymen, Nightmaster, and Zatanna were able to reject the August. The new world vanished, and everything was restored. Sadly, it happened at the cost of three Leymen's lives: the novice Noir, the Golem (resurrected later), and seemingly their leader, Dr. Mist, who has been missing since.
