HISTORY

A criminal midget in a robotic body who was hired by Nicholas Galtry, the guardian of Garfield Logan. Galtry wanted Arsenal to kill Garfield for the fortune he was next in line for. However, Arsenal was defeated by the Doom Patrol and Galtry's plan failed. Some time later, Galtry stole Arsenal's armor and usurped his identity to battle Garfield as the new Arsenal.
