Synopsis:

Death Rattle and Lunkhead are cast into the fires stoked by the Skarva, who also sacrifice the man who raised them, Doodlebug, in order to summon their master, the head of the torture lords, Cthugha. But their tongues have been ensorcelled by Jason Blood so that they cannot communicate in rhyme as they need to, while Etrigan refuses to co-operate with them. However, Warren White, freed by Humpty Dumpty and now genuinely mad himself, strikes a deal with Cthugha while Aaron Cash fights the Skarva, keeping them distracted. The Skarva are tricked into returning to hell as the torturers they once were, but only to torture one another. The whole experience is written off as the result of the Scarecrow's hallucinogens and Warren White rises to the top of the Arkham food chain.
